Whether you’re waking up or winding down, this 45-minute class is your chance to move, breathe, and relax—all from the coziness of your home in your favorite comfy clothes. No experience or fancy yoga pants are needed—just you and your favorite cozy pyjamas (or loungewear!).
This class is made from my own regular practice, and I invite you to join me as I share my experience of unwinding and finding balance. If you’re ready to find your inner calm and make some time for yourself, I’d love to see you there!
The Zoom classes will take place on Tuesday mornings or Sunday evenings (Berlin time), once a week. But feel free to join from wherever you are! ;)
