hello there

I'm Katya (she/her). I practice and teach Dynamic Mindfulness, a contemporary yoga rooted in Buddhist wisdom, and safely informed by movement science, and biomechanics


I help people to find their own way to a better self-understanding through body and movement awareness and to create a healthy relationship between body and mind.


The goal is in the process. I focus on a functional approach to movement rather then on perfectly shaped poses.


I’m also certified for prenatal and postpartum yoga.

We will soften, wave, bounce, roll and move away from striving for an ideal form toward sensing how the movement feels from the inside. Together, we explore a variety of transitions between poses with more ease and joy.

Through regular practice you will learn to pay attention to the body and the breath in movement as well in stillness, and gain both strength and mobility in your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and/or guided meditation

In the Dynamic Mindfulness community everybody is welcome and nobody is being judged. We treat everyone with love and respect. All body shapes, all sexual orientations and all abilities are welcome!
