Start your day with Mindful Movement and Meditation – perfect way to wake the whole body up and settle positive energy for the day.
This 60 minutes morning practice starts with Eight-Form Moving Meditation followed by Sun Salutations and Gentle Vinyasa flow. Conclude with deep relaxation, setting the stage for a day filled with calm, balance, and relaxation
In this 60 minutes prenatal yoga class we will move mindfully through flowing sequences carefully designed to deepen self-awareness and develop strength, flexibility, and balance to support your physical and emotional well-being during pregnancy. Each class ends with soothing relaxation and/or guided meditation.
This practice is safe and beneficial for all stages of pregnancy until birth. However, I recommend coming to the group class after the first 8 weeks. If you want to join earlier, please contact me before the class.
Functional and mindful movements with deep relaxation and/or guided meditation in the end of each class. We will soften, wave, bounce, roll and pay attention to body and breath. Together, we will explore a variety of transitions between poses and look for the balance between effort and ease. This practice is beneficial for both your mind and joints, and it’s accessible for all body types, ages, and backgrounds. Through regular classes you will gain both strength and mobility in the body.
